Security

Here is a step-by-step guide to how our tracker detects and notifies you of any unauthorised movements:
Step 1: Your bike is moved for a short duration without the ignition being turned on.
Step 2: An alert is raised, and our SOC (Secure Operating Centre) is immediately notified.
Step 3: The SOC will call you, and also send an automatic text, email, and push notification (for app users).
Step 4: If you confirm it’s a theft/unauthorised movement, we’ll begin actively tracking your bike while you call the Police and obtain a crime reference number.
Step 5: Provide the SOC with your crime reference number and we’ll do the rest.

Additional Features

In addition to keeping your bike secure, our product has various other features. These include:
  • 24/7 Tracking via App and Web Portal
  • View Your Journeys (Downloadable as a GPX Format)
  • Accident Alerts to a Third-Party of Your Choice
  • Accidents are determined by a bike going over by more than 70 degrees with the ignition ON and coming to a stop for longer than 45 seconds without being picked up.
  • Alerts and Notifications If Your Bike Has Been Knocked Over
  • This is determined by your bike tilting more than 70 degrees with the ignition OFF.
  • Low Battery Voltage Notifications, Based on Your Defined Threshold
  • Unit Can Be Transferred from Vehicle to Vehicle, or Sold on
You have control over all these features within the web-based dashboard or mobile app and you can disable alerts temporarily if your bike is at the dealers or otherwise being transported.
